METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR DEVELOPING GENERAL PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF LEARNERS BASED ON AN ACMEOLOGICAL APPROACH

Abstract

This study explores the methodological foundations for developing the general professional competencies of learners through an acmeological approach. The research emphasizes the importance of fostering learners’ skills, creativity, and selfdevelopment to achieve high levels of professional and personal growth. The acmeological approach provides a framework for structuring educational activities that support continuous self-improvement, reflective practice, and the realization of learners’ potential. The article analyzes theoretical perspectives, identifies methodological principles, and proposes practical strategies for integrating acmeological principles into educational practice. Findings suggest that the application of this approach enhances learners’ general competencies, motivation, and readiness to engage effectively in professional and academic contexts.
