Abstract

 This article is aimed at developing the legal and environmental 
competence of students in secondary schools and highlighting the socio-legal foundations of determining the directions of "nature-society" relations in our country, ensuring harmony between ecological culture and the ecological environment, and creating new qualitative levels of ecological activity and responsibility in humanity.
