Abstract

This thesis covers the classification of the “Moriment” enriched tea
product, developed as a food supplement, according to the commodity nomenclature, as well as its standardization and certification processes, along with its organoleptic and physicochemical characteristics. Based on the chemical composition and functional properties of the product, the TIF TN code 1212999508 has been recommended.
