This article explores the theoretical and methodological principles
aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of higher education through the application of innovative educational technologies. The primary purpose of the research is to determine the scientific bases for organizing the educational process efficiently by utilizing modern pedagogical approaches and digital learning platforms, as well as to
propose practical mechanisms for the development of an innovative educational environment. The study is based on several research methods, including system analysis, comparative analysis, content analysis, and pedagogical modeling. The findings indicate that the use of innovative educational technologies facilitates the personalization of the learning process, stimulates students’ creative thinking, and improves the overall quality and productivity of education. As part of the research, a conceptual model for the implementation of innovative technologies in higher education institutions was designed. The proposed model may function as an effective pedagogical instrument for the modernization of the educational process and for enhancing the quality of higher education.
