Abstract

This article explores the concept of "sanogenic thinking" as a tool for
emotional self-regulation and mental health maintenance among learners. Unlike pathogenic thinking, which reinforces stress and negative emotional complexes (guilt, shame, resentment), sanogenic thinking allows individuals to deconstruct their emotional distress through conscious reflection. The study outlines the structural components of sanogenic thinking and proposes pedagogical methods for its cultivation in educational settings.
