Abstract

This paper analyzes the current development trends of 6G mobile
communication technology and provides a comparative study with 5G networks. As of recent research, 6G is expected to achieve data rates up to 1 Tbps, ultra-low latency below 1 ms, and integrate artificial intelligence as a core component of network management. Additionally, the use of terahertz frequency bands is considered a key technological advancement. These innovations enable applications such as holographic communication, immersive metaverse environments, real-time remote surgery, and ultra-responsive gaming systems. The paper presents a comparative analysis of 5G and 6G technologies in terms of speed, latency, energy efficiency, and application domains. It also highlights global research trends and discusses potential implementation strategies for Uzbekistan.
