Abstract

Small business and private entrepreneurship play a crucial role in the economic development of many countries. In particular, the effective functioning of small business entities contributes significantly to employment generation, economic diversification, and regional development. However, the efficiency of small businesses largely depends on the effectiveness of their management mechanisms. This article examines the ways to improve the efficiency of small business entities through the development and improvement of management mechanisms, using the Namangan region as a case study. The research analyzes existing management practices, identifies key challenges faced by small business entities, and proposes recommendations aimed at improving management efficiency. The results show that the introduction of modern management
methods, digital technologies, and strategic planning can significantly increase the productivity and competitiveness of small business entities.
