DEVELOPING THE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS OF FUTURE TEACHERSTHROUGH AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH BASED ON INTERNATIONALEXPERIENCE

Abstract

This article examines international experience in developing the
professional skills of future teachers through an integrative approach within foreign education systems. Effective practices employed in teacher-training systems of countries such as Finland, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom – particularly those aimed at fostering interdisciplinary approaches as well as methodological and communicative skills – are analyzed. The study proposes new approaches to enhancing teachers’ professional competence in the Uzbek education system through the
integration of international experience. It emphasizes that this approach plays a significant role in teachers’ professional development and in improving the quality of education.
