Abstract

Reforms carried out within the framework of developing the electronic
government system are aimed at increasing the efficiency of public administration, improving the quality of services provided to the population, and ensuring openness and transparency.
In this process, the widespread introduction of digital technologies, the transition of public services to an online format, and the strengthening of interagency integration are of great importance. In addition, expanding citizens’ access to public services, reducing bureaucratic barriers, and preventing corruption are considered among the main objectives.
