Abstract

This article analyzes the methodological foundations of education
quality management. It considers quality management as a systematic and goal-oriented activity aimed at improving the effectiveness of the educational process and developing students’ knowledge, skills, and competencies. The study highlights the role of State Educational Standards, the national assessment system, and pedagogical management theories in ensuring education quality. In addition, the key principles of the national approach are substantiated, including continuity, integration of national values with global standards, innovation, and teacher professional competence.
