THE EVOLUTION OF EMPLOYMENT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES

This article provides a scientific analysis of the evolution and structural transformation of jobs in the labor market of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the influence of modern technologies (digitalization, artificial intelligence, and automation). Within the scope of the research, considering the characteristics of the national economy, strong demographic growth, and the conditions of the "Digital Uzbekistan - 2030" strategy, the trends in the changing demand for traditional professions and the emergence of new types of digital jobs are examined. Furthermore, scientifically grounded conclusions and practical recommendations are developed for the rapid adaptation of the local labor market to technological changes, reshaping
personnel skills (reskilling/upskilling), and mitigating unemployment risks.
