WAYS TO IMPROVE THE COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMOF THE HOUSING FUND (ON THE EXAMPLE OF KHOREZM REGION)

Abstract

This article explores the current state and modernization of the housing
fund management system in Uzbekistan, focusing specifically on the Khorezm region. As urbanization accelerates, the transition from traditional maintenance models to integrated, digitalized management systems becomes imperative. The study analyzes the legal-economic framework of housing management, identifies systemic bottlenecks in Khorezm, and proposes a conceptual model for improvement based on publicprivate partnerships (PPP) and IoT integration. The results suggest that decentralization and digital transparency can increase management efficiency by 20-25%.
