In the formation of civil society, human freedoms and rights, the primacy of law and order, freedom of speech and the active participation of citizens in the governance of the state are considered separately. The importance of private organizations, public oversight and the media in the development of a free and open society is also considered separately. This article focuses on the issues of improving civil society in modern society and further strengthening democratic values ​​​​by increasing social activity.
