A MODEL FOR DEVELOPING LEARNERS’ SANOGENIC THINKING

Keywords:

In the context of modern globalization and the rapid flow of information, not only a person’s intellectual capacity but also their psychological stability is becoming increasingly important.

Abstract

While traditional education has mainly focused on the
acquisition of cognitive knowledge, learners’ emotional intelligence and self-regulation
skills are often overlooked. As a result, pathogenic thinking (the dominance of negative
emotions such as guilt, fear, and resentment) develops among young people, which
ultimately leads to a decline in academic performance.
