Abstract

However, the growing use of AI in predicting social processes also creates
serious ethical and legal challenges. Since social behavior is complex and deeply
connected with human rights, privacy, and equality, predictive technologies can
influence people’s lives in both positive and negative ways. In many cases, algorithms
may reproduce discrimination, violate privacy, or make decisions without
transparency. Therefore, society must carefully regulate and ethically evaluate the use
of AI-based predictive systems.
