The aim of this study is to scientifically substantiate the influence of
the thermal conductivity coefficient of building materials on the thermal efficiency of
buildings. Comparative analysis, normative-document review, and thermal engineering
calculation methods were applied. The results show that low-conductivity materials
significantly increase the heat transfer resistance of wall structures, reducing energy
consumption by up to 30–60%. The research has scientific and practical significance for
energy-efficient design.
