Abstract

This article presents a scientific and theoretical analysis of the psychological 
factors influencing the professional success of teachers engaged in pedagogical activities within the higher education system. Theoretical and empirical data demonstrating the relationship between key psychological constructs — motivation, self-confidence, personal growth, cognitive flexibility, and emotional intelligence — and professional success are synthesized. Based on the research findings, practical recommendations 
have been developed to enhance the professional competence and ensure the psychological stability of higher education faculty.
