RESULTS OF CLINICAL AND FUNCTIONAL NASAL ASSESSMENT INPATIENTS WITH PARANASAL SINUS TRAUMA

Abstract

A comprehensive clinical and functional assessment of the nasal cavity was performed in patients with paranasal sinus trauma. Significant impairments of nasal breathing, mucociliary transport, and nasal mucosal function were identified, reflecting the severity of traumatic injury and post-traumatic inflammatory changes.
