Abstract

This article presents the scientific and methodological
foundations for improving the technical preparedness of 12–13-year-old football
academy players through the use of innovative training tools. The study analyzes
the effectiveness of modern innovative training methods and pedagogical
technologies in developing fundamental technical skills, including ball control,
passing, receiving, dribbling, and shooting. Furthermore, the influence of digital
technologies, coordination exercises, small-sided games, and individualized
training approaches on the technical preparedness of young football players is
examined. The findings demonstrate that the systematic application of innovative
training tools significantly enhances the technical proficiency, motor coordination,
decision-making ability in game situations, and overall training effectiveness of
12–13-year-old football players. The results provide a scientific and practical basis
for improving the training process in football academies and developing evidencebased recommendations for enhancing the long-term development system of young
football players.
