Abstract

This thesis analyzes how the problem of improving combination
movements of freestyle wrestlers is addressed in scientific and methodological
literature. The research studies conducted by domestic and foreign scholars were
reviewed with regard to the impact of combination technical movements on
sporting performance, methods of teaching them, modern approaches used in the
training process, and the strengths and weaknesses of existing scientific research.
