within the context of modernizing the military education system. The growing
demands placed on military professionals, together with the integration of digital
technologies, innovative teaching methods, and competency-based education,
require the modernization of physical training programs. A contemporary training
methodology was developed based on the professional requirements of military
educational institutions and military departments of civilian universities. Its
effectiveness was evaluated through a pedagogical experiment, and the findings
were processed using mathematical and statistical methods. The results
demonstrated significant improvements in professionally important physical
qualities and confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed methodology under
current educational conditions.
