Abstract

.This article examines the scientific and methodological
significance of using auxiliary equipment in the development of physical qualities
of young rhythmic gymnasts. The study analyzed the role of modern training aids
such as resistance bands, stretching equipment, trampolines, balance platforms,
yoga blocks, and foam rollers in improving strength, endurance, flexibility,
coordination, and balance abilities of athletes. In addition, methodological aspects
of using auxiliary tools during training sessions and their influence on athletes’
technical preparedness and functional condition were investigated. The research
results demonstrated that training sessions organized with the use of auxiliary
equipment contribute to increasing the effectiveness of physical preparation,
enhancing athletes’ interest in training, and reducing the risk of injuries.
