The development of accommodation and food service activities reflects not only demand-side economic growth but also structural transformation within the service sector. This study introduces a dynamic and structural econometric perspective to assess development trends in regional hospitality services. Rather than focusing solely on aggregate indicators, the research emphasizes internal sector shifts, temporal dynamics, and service diversification patterns. The findings reveal that sectoral growth is increasingly driven by structural change, service differentiation, and consumption behavior rather than traditional macroeconomic variables alone
