THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OFCOORDINATION SKILLS IN WRESTLERS AT THE INITIAL STAGE OFTRAINING

Abstract

 this article is devoted to the study of the methodology for using
modern technologies in the development of the technical actions of freestyle wrestlers at the initial preparatory stage. The article shows how modern technologies, such as video analysis and simulation programs, can be effectively applied to improve the technical skills of wrestlers. The main goal of the study is to develop a methodology for integrating modern technologies to increase the level of physical and mental training of wrestlers. The article also analyzes how to correctly and effectively apply technologies in the process of training athletes.
