Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of youth employment as a reflection of global socio-economic processes and examines the evolution of its mechanisms from a sociological perspective (relying on Durkheim’s and Marx’s theories), dividing it into five historical periods. By reviewing the process from dual education to the post-pandemic digital-green transition, it demonstrates the shift from individual skill enhancement to institutional-inclusive guarantees and emphasizes the necessity of hybrid mechanisms.
