Abstract

The article analyzes the essence, types and causes of conflict situations in pedagogical communication. The psychological and pedagogical nature of conflicts in teacher-student relations is revealed, preventive methods of avoiding them, as well as strategies and techniques for the constructive resolution of conflicts that have arisen, are described. Based on the results of a questionnaire and observation among secondary school teachers, practical recommendations for conflict management are developed
