Abstract

This article focuses on identifying factors for strengthening public
control in the context of the emerging civil society in our country and improving the
mechanisms for their implementation. It is noted that the forms of public control
defined in the new edition of the Constitution of Uzbekistan and the Law "On Public
Control" serve as the legal basis for the public control implemented in the republic.
The factors that may play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of public control
in the conditions of New Uzbekistan are listed. Additionally, the article provides
examples from the experiences of developed countries in implementing public control.
