Abstract

This article analyzes methodological principles of teaching Russian in foreign language groups based on the communicative approach. The author
emphasizes that communication-oriented lessons effectively develop students' speaking skills that align with real-life situations. Furthermore, the article illustrates various methods of structuring lessons through communication-based exercises, creative tasks, and list-based techniques. Recommendations are provided for shaping linguocultural,
social, and active communicative competencies in the educational process.
