This article examines the role of technology in English language learning, focusing on its impact on communicative competence, learner engagement, and academic performance. The study also explores challenges associated with technological integration, including limited infrastructure, digital literacy gaps, and teacher preparedness. The findings
suggest that technology-enhanced language instruction contributes positively to students’ learning outcomes when implemented effectively.
