Abstract

In the context of globalization, English language teaching (ELT) has expanded beyond grammar and vocabulary instruction to include intercultural communicative competence. Language is not only a system of linguistic forms but also a reflection of culture, values, beliefs, and social norms. Therefore, authentic materials play a crucial role in promoting cross-cultural understanding and preparing learners for real-life communication in multicultural environments.
