THE INFLUENCE OF MOBILE TECHNOLOGY ONEDUCATION

Abstract

Mobile technology has become an integral component of modern education, transforming teaching, learning, and administrative processes. Smartphones, tablets, and educational apps facilitate access to information, enhance engagement, and promote personalized learning experiences. This paper examines the influence of mobile technology on education, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and impact on student outcomes. Using a qualitative review of academic literature, case studies, and educational reports, the study highlights how mobile learning enhances flexibility, accessibility, and interactivity in educational settings. Findings suggest that while mobile technology improves learning opportunities and engagement, challenges such as digital distraction, inequality of access, and teacher readiness must be addressed. The paper concludes that integrating mobile technology effectively requires pedagogical strategies, policy support, and teacher training to maximize its educational potential.
