In automation, driven by advances in robotics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, is transforming the global labor market. While automation increases productivity and reduces operational costs, it also disrupts traditional employment structures, potentially leading to job displacement in certain sectors. This paper explores the impact of automation on employment, analyzing both opportunities and challenges. Aqualitative review of academic literature, industry reports, and case studies was conducted to assess the effects of automation on job creation, workforce adaptation, and skill requirements.
